AZ31B-H24 재질 Sheet, Plate 재질은 ASTM B90 규정 금속으로, 내식성
좋은 냉간 성형성 (냉간 압연)과 좋은 용접성, 연성, 비자성의 마그네슘 합금입니다.

AZ31B-H24 에서 A : Aluminum 3%, Z : Zinc 1% 수준의 합금량을
가지는 마그네슘 합금 기호이고, H24 는 Temper 를 나타냅니다.

AZ31B-H24 합금은 aircraft fuselages, cell phone and laptop cases,
speaker cones, racing car wheel, EMI shielding in the computer industry

일반 산업 기계, 방위 산업, 자동차 산업, 우주 항공기 용도입니다.
AZ31B-H24 재질은 알루미늄 대비 35% 수준 가벼운 금속입니다.

※ Ductility (연성 : 延性)
The property of metals that enables them to be mechanically deformed
when cold, without fracture. In steel, ductility is usually measured by
elongation and reduction area is determined in a tensile test.

금속에 인장력을 줘 소성 변형을 일으켰을 때, 끊어짐이 없이 선 (line)상으로
늘릴 수 있는 성질을 연성이라고 하고, 연성은 인장 시험에서
연신율 (Elongation), 단면 수축율 (Reduction area; RA)로 측정합니다.
물질이 파괴되지 않고 유연하게 변할 수 있는 능력입니다.
쉽게 말해 물질이 파괴되지 않고 유연하게 변형할 수 있는 능력입니다.

※ Formability (성형성)
The degree of capability for being formed into a
required shape without generating cracks
균열을 일으키는 일 없이 필요한 형상으로 성형할 수 있는 정도.

※ Temper (질별 : 質別)
금속 또는 합금에 요구되는 특정한 물리적 및/또는 기계적 성질을
부여하는 공정으로 (예를 들어 기계적 처리 및/또는 열처리) 후의
제품의 상태를 말합니다.
