AMS 5858 합금은 내식성과 내열성을 가지는 석출 경화형 스텐으로,
704℃ 수준까지 고강도이고, 816℃ 수준까지 내산화성 강재입니다.

AMS 5858 은 Solution treated 처리만 하고, 특별히 용접 후 석출 경화
열처리용 Spec 으로, AMS 5525 — 단지 Solution treated, Spec 과, 차이가 있습니다.

AMS 5858 은 Sheet, Strip, and Plate 형상 제품 규정이고, 용접 후
규정된 석출 경화 열처리에 따라 100 ksi minimum 수준의 항복강도 강재입니다.

AMS 5858 강재는 ASTM A453, A638 UNS S66286 규정과 대응되며,
ATI A286™ — Allegheny Technologies, Incoloy® Alloy A286 — Special Metals,

CarTech® A-286 — Carpenter Technology 회사의 trademark,
EN 1.4980 과 대응되는 비자성 강재입니다.

※ Heat Resistance (내열성 : 耐熱性) — DIN-EN
Property of materials that are used at above 550℃ (for steel : wustite point)
due to their excellent resistance to the effects of hot gases and products of
combustion as well as their resistance to the influence of molten salts and
molten metals but also showing good mechanical properties during short
and long-time stressing.

내열성은 550℃ 를 넘는 연소 가스의 영향에 저항성 성질 뿐 아니라 용융염,
용융 금속에도, 짧은 시간부터 오랜 기간 응력에 대한 영향에서, 좋은 기계적
성질과 내산화 내부식 성질입니다.
대개의 금속은 540~550℃ 수준을 넘는 온도 노출되면 미세 구조의 변화로
심한 연성 저하와 충격 강도의 저하가 있습니다.

※ Solution treatment (용체화 처리, 고용화 처리)
Heat treatment intended for dissolve previously precipitated
constituents and retain them in solution.

이전에 이미 석출 된 성분들을 재 용해되어 완전히 분해되
조직 내에 고용되어 다시 석출 되지 않게 하는 열처리.
