Alloy 4750 재질은 Nickel 47~49%, Iron 50% 수준 합금입니다.
이와 같은 합금 조성으로 Alloy 4750 연자성 강재라고도 합니다.

Alloy 4750 는 좋은 자성 성질로, 낮은 철손 (low core loss), 큐리 온도 450℃,
높은 투자율 (high magnetic permeability), 자속 밀도 1.6T (16.0kG) 입니다.

이와 같은 특징으로, 전자기기 코어, 자기 차폐, 적층 코어
(MIL-N-14411 Comp 3, Comp 4), 모터 스타터, 천연가스 안전 밸브 용도입니다.

Alloy 4750 합금은 AMS 7717 — sheet, strip annealed, AMS 7718 — bars, rods,
AMS 7719 — sheet, strip 1/2H, ASTM A753-2, ATI 4750 ™ , 서로 대응됩니다.

※ Magnetic properties (자기 특성 : 磁氣特性)
Various magnetic properties shown by magnetic material
when it is magnetized.
Iron loss, magnetic flux density, magnetic permeability coercive
force, residual magnetic flux density, etc, in general, cited.
자성 재료가 자화 되었을 경우에, 그 재료가 나타내는 자기적인
여러 특성으로, 일반적으로는 철손, 자속 밀도, 투자율, 보자력,
잔류 자속 밀도 등을 들 수가 있습니다.

※ Curie point or Curie Temperature (큐리점 또는 큐리 온도)
Curie point is the temperature at which certain materials lose
their permanent magnetic properties.
example : Iron (Fe) : 770℃, Nickel (Ni) : 360℃, Cobalt (Co) : 1160℃
자성을 가지고 있던 물질을 일정 온도 이상으로 가열하면 자성을
상실하는 온도를 말합니다.

※ Permeability (투자율 : 透磁率)
Ratio of magnetic flux to magnetizing force.
Usually, initial and maximum permeabilities are used.
자화력에 대한 자속 밀도의 비를 말하며
통상적으로 초투자율과 최대 투자율이 사용됩니다.
