P420QH 재질의 단조재이면서 elevated temperature 강재입니다.
외경 100~150 Diameter 인 경우 400℃ 에서 186 MPa/min. 항복강도입니다.

EN 10222-4 규정의 P420QH 재질은 항복강도 420 MPa/min.
고항복강도 강재이면서 압력용기용 강재이고, QT 열처리재입니다.

Normalizing 열처리재인 경우는 강재 기호가 P420NH로
QT 열처리 강재인 P355QH 재질과 기호를 구분해서 사용합니다.

P420QH 강재는 압연방향 -40℃/34 joule/min.
역방향으로는 -20℃/27 joule/min. 의 CVN Test 조건입니다.

압력용기용 저합금 단조강재 규정 EN 10222-4 에는 P285QH, P355QH1, P420QH
재질이 있고, Normalizing 재료로는 P285NH, P355NH, P420NH 재질이 있습니다.

※ Steel forging (단조강)
Steel ingot or semi-finished product to be wrought and formed to
provide a suitable wrought ratio and generally heat treated to
provide desired mechanical properties.

적당한 단련 성형비를 주도록 강괴 또는 강편을 단련 성형하고
원하는(소정의) 기계적 성질을 얻기 위해 열처리를 시행한 것.

※ Alloy (합금 : 合金)
Product consisting of a metal and one or more elements totally
soluble in it in the liquid state and capable of entering into
solid solution or forming a compound.

한 종류 이상의 다른 원소가 포함되고, 액체 상태에서는 그들이
완전히 용해되지만, 고체 상태에서는 그 원소들은, 고용되거나
화합물을 형성하는 금속 소재.

※ Steels for pressure vessels (압력용기용 강재 : 壓力容器用鋼材)
Steel products manufactured pressure vessels and high pressure
equipment which require strength, weldability and principally
toughness at a ordinary temperature.
They are generally used for the principal portions of pressure vessels.

압력용기 및 고압 설비용으로서 고온강도, 용접성 및 주로 상온에서의
인성을 중요시하여 제조 된 강재로, 보통 압력용기의 주요 부분에 사용됩니다.
