Alloy 317 스텐은 Alloy 316 재질보다도 Molybdenum 합금량이 높습니다.

스텐레스에서 몰리브덴 원소는 틈부식과 공식에서 304 재질보다 높은 내식성
재질로 식음료 산업, 해수 관련 설비, 발전 설비, 탈황 설비 용도로 쓰입니다.

Stainless Alloy 317 오스테나이트계 스텐레스는 304, 316 재질보다
높은 Molybdenum 합금으로, 내식성을 높인 비자성 (annealed condition) 입니다.

※ Molybdenum (Mo)
Its use as an alloying element in steel increase hardenability and
in low alloy steels reduces the risk of temper brittleness.
It is used in stainless steels as well as high speed steels.
It is increases the high-temperature tensile and creep strengths in steel.

몰리브덴은 경화능 향상 원소이고, 저합금강에서는 템퍼 취성을 감소 시키는
역할을 합니다. 몰리브덴은 고속도강부터 스텐레스까지 합금 되는 원소입니다.
몰리브덴은 강에서 고온 강도와 크리프 강도를 높여주는 역할을 합니다.

※ Pitting corrosion (공식 : 孔蝕)
Localized corrosion resulting in pits, i.e
cavities extending from the surface into the metal.
금속 표면으로부터 내부까지 확장된 구멍을 유발 시키는 국부 부식.

※ Crevice corrosion (틈새 부식)
금속 표면과 다른 금속 (금속 또는 비금속) 사이에 형성된 작은 구멍이나
틈의 주변 가까이 또는 내부에서 발생하는 국부 부식.

Local corrosion in connecting with crevices occurring in or immediately
adjacent to the crevice area, which has developed between the metal
