Plate, Bar 규격으로 SUS304H 라는 JIS 규정 재질은 없습니다.
A240-304H 재질을, 편의상 SUS304H 라고 부르는 경우가 있습니다.

SUS 304H 라고 편의상 부르는 재질은 고온 환경에서 creep strength 와
550℃ 수준에서 0.2% Yield strength 값이 높은 재질입니다.

편의상 SUS 304H, A240-304H 재질은 고온 환경 뿐 아니라 오스테나이트
스텐레스 특징인, 극저온 환경에서도 사용하는 스텐레스입니다.

경우에 따라서는 Type 304H 단독인 경우도 있고 Type 304/304H Dual 로
검사 증명서가 발행되기도 하며, AMS 5513, QQ-S-766, EN1.4948 과 대응됩니다.

304H 재질은 저온 환경인 Pressure vessel, 고온 환경인 Heat exchanges,
Piping systems, Fasteners, Flanges, 석유 산업, 석유 정제 부품으로 사용됩니다.

※ Creep strength (크리프 강도)
Stress to cause specified strain in specified loading period of
time at constant temperature.
For example, the stress causing strain 1%, 0.1%, 0.01% in 1000h.

일정 온도하에서, 규정된 부하 시간에 규정된 변형이 생기는 응력.
예를 들면 1000 시간에 1%, 0.1% 또는 0.01%의 변형이
생기는 응력이 사용됩니다.

※ Creep rupture test (크리프 파단 시험)
Test measure the time to rupture, elongation after fracture,
reduction of area after fracture, etc. by holding test piece
at constant temperature and applying constant tensile force.
There are at times the cases where strain is measured during
creep rupture test or by interrupting test.

시험편을 일정한 온도로 유지하고 여기에 일정한 인장 하중을 가해,
파단 시간, 파단 연신율, 파단 단면 수축율 등을 측정하는 시험.
크리프 파단 시험 중 또는 시험을 중단하여
변형을 측정하는 경우도 있습니다.
