CW304G 재질은 유럽 규격의 보일러 및 압력 용기와 hot water 저장 용기에
사용하는 plate and sheet 형상의 Aluminum + Nickel 합금 청동입니다.

CW304G 청동은 낮은 투자율 (low magnetic permeability)로 비자성이고, 좋은
연성과 인성 재료로 해양 방어용 장비 부품과 Bolts and Nuts 용도로 쓰이고

CW304G 동합금은 낮은 마찰 계수, 열간 냉간 성형성이 좋고, 용접이 쉬우며
내해수성으로, 해수 담수화 장치, 열 교환기용 sheet, plates for condenser 용도입니다.

구리에 알루미늄을 합금 하면 강도, 경도, 내식성, 내열성이 증가하고, Ni, Fe, Mn 을
합금 하면 주조성과 기계적 성질이 향상되는 것을 이용한 재질이 CW304G 입니다.

자성 재료가 자화 되었을 경우에, 그 재료가 나타내는 자기적인
여러 특성으로, 일반적으로는 철손, 자속 밀도, 투자율, 보자력,
잔류 자속 밀도 등을 들 수가 있습니다.

※ Permeability (투자율 : 透磁率)
Ratio of magnetic flux to magnetizing force.
Usually, initial and maximum permeabilities are used.
자화력에 대한 자속 밀도의 비를 말하며
통상적으로 초투자율과 최대 투자율이 사용됩니다.
