P460QH Bar 재질은 압력용기에 사용하는, 용접 가능한 fine grain steel 로
Quenching and Tempering 열처리 강재로, Flat 형상 제품 재질 기호입니다.

Steel name : P460QH, Steel number : 1.8871, 유럽 규격 EN 10028-5 규정
강재는 상온에서는 최소 항복강도 460 MPa, 300℃에서는 340 MPa 규정 강재입니다.

P460QH 강재이면서 환봉, 단조재인 경우는 EN 10222-4 규정을 따르고
고항복강재이면서 -20℃~20℃ CVN Impact Energy 규정이 있습니다.

P460QH Bar 강재는 이전 규격인 TStE460, WStE460, StE460 (1.8935)– DIN 17103
ASTM A350 LF6 Class 1 규정 재질과 대응되고, UT 검사 조건이 있을 수 있습니다.

P460QH 재질을 항복강도로만 비교하면 KS D 3515 SM420B,
JIS 3106, SM570 용접 구조용 압연강재와 비교 가능합니다,

※ Steels for pressure vessels (압력용기용 강재 : 壓力容器用鋼材)
Steel products manufactured pressure vessels and high pressure
equipment which require strength, weldability and principally
toughness at a ordinary temperature.
They are generally used for the principal portions of pressure vessels.

압력용기 및 고압 설비용으로서 고온강도, 용접성 및 주로 상온에서의 인성을
중요시하여 제조 된 강재로 보통 압력용기의 주요 부분에 사용됩니다.

※ Ultrasonic Test(초음파 탐상 시험)
Nondestructive testing to examine inner defects and material
quality of test body by utilizing acoustic property when
ultrasonic wave has transmitted the test body.

초음파를 시험체 중에 전달했을 때, 시험체에 나타나는 음향적 성질을 이용해,
시험체 내부의 결함이나 재질 등을, 조사하는 비파괴 시험입니다.

※ Charpy V-Notch Impact Test (CVN : 샤르피 충격시험 : 衝擊試驗)
Test to measure the absorbed energy, impact value, percentage
of brittle/ductile fracture, transition temperature, etc. with using
charpy impact testing machine in which test piece is supported by
two supports distant by 40mm so that the notch meets the middle
between supports and is broken by striking with one blow of
pendulum to the face opposite the notch.

샤르피 충격시험기를 사용하여 시험편을 40mm 간격이 있는 두 개의
지지대에 올려 놓고, 또한 노치부를 지지대 사이의 중앙에 놓고
노치부의 뒷면을 해머로 1회만 충격을 주어, 시험편을 파단시키고
흡수에너지, 충격치, 파면율, 천이온도 등을 측정하는 시험을 말합니다.
