CW702R 황동에는 알루미늄 약 2% 수준을 합금한 재질로, 이 정도만의 알루미늄
합금만으로도, 기계적 성질이 좋아지고, 결정 조직의 미세화가 됩니다.

또한 CW702R 알루미늄 황동에 Arsenic (비소)를 미량 합금 하면 탈아연 부식
억제 효과가 있고, CW702 합금은 열 교환기용 튜브, 콘덴서 용도로 쓰입니다.

CW702R 동합금은 영국 규격 CZ 110, ASTM B68700, ISO CuZn20Al2
KS C6870 재질과 비교 가능하고, 좋은 냉간 가공성, bending, 성형성 재료입니다.

※ Erosion Corrosion (침식 부식)
Process involving conjoint corrosion and erosion, erosion corrosion can occur in,
for example, pipes with high fluid flow velocity and pumps and pipe lines carrying
fluid containing abrasive particles in suspension.

부식과 마멸이 동시에 일어나는 부식으로, 예를 들면 마모성 입자가 포함된
액상을 고속으로 운반하는 펌프, 또는 파이프 라인에서 발생할 수 있습니다.

※ 탈아연부식 (Dezincification : 脫亞鉛腐蝕)
Dezincification selectively removes zinc from the alloy,
leaving behind a porous, copper-rich structure that
has little mechanical strength — NACE.

황동이나 금속에서 부식성 물질에 의해, 금속의 표면 또는
내부까지 탈 아연 되면서, 탈아연 금속은 다공질화 되어
(인간의 골다공증처럼) 강도를 상실케 되는 현상을 말합니다.

※ 냉간 가공 (Cold-working : 冷間 加工)
가공 경화가 나타나는 온도에서의 금속 또는 합금의 소성 변형을 말합니다

temperature range that strain hardening occurs.

※ 가공경화 ; 변형 경화 (Working hardening ; Strain hardening)
A phenomenon in which materials are hardened due to the increase of
processing strain when the processes such as cold rolling, drawing
and the like are carried out during cooling.

인발, 냉간 압연과 같은 냉간 가공에 의한 금속 구조가 변화됨으로서
강도와 경도가 증가 되는 현상을 말합니다.
일반적으로 강도와 경도가 좋아지면, 연성은 감소합니다.
