11CrMo9-10 합금은 2-1/4% Chromium 와 Molybdemum 1% 수준을
합금한 Cr-Mo 합금강재로, 크롬 원소에 의한 고온 환경에서 산화를 방지하고
Molybdenum 1% 수준 합금으로, 고온에서 강도를 향상 시키는 목적입니다.
또한 Cr-Mo 합금은 QT 열처리에서 담금질성을 높여주는 원소입니다.
11CrMo9-10 합금은 material number 1.7383, EN 10273 규정 강재로, EN 10273 은
열간 압연 강재, 용접 가능하고, 고온 압력용기에 사용하는 환봉재에 대한 규정입니다.
11CrMo9-10 강재는 creep rupture strength/100,000h/103 MPa/520℃ 강재로
고온 환경에서 높은 강도이고, ASTM A182 F22 Class 3 재질과 비교 가능합니다.
※ Steels for pressure vessels (압력 용기용 강재 : 壓力容器用 鋼材)
Steel products manufactured pressure vessels and high pressure
equipment which require strength, weldability and principally
toughness at a ordinary temperature.
They are generally used for the principal portions of pressure vessels.
압력용기 및 고압 설비용으로서 고온 강도, 용접성 및 주로
상온에서의 인성을 중요시하여 제조 된 강재로
보통 압력 용기의 주요 부분에 사용됩니다.
※ Creep strength (크리프 강도)
Stress to cause specified strain in specified loading period of
time at constant temperature.
For example, the stress causing strain 1%, 0.1%, 0.01% in 1000h.
일정 온도하에서, 규정된 부하 시간에 규정된 변형이 생기는 응력.
예를 들면 1000 시간에 1%, 0.1% 또는 0.01%의 변형이 생기는 응력이 사용됩니다.
