2.4964 재료는 Alloy name CoCr20W15Ni 초합금으로, 980℃ 고온
산화성 환경에서도 좋은 내산화성과 우수한 고온 강도, 황화 저항성

(resistance to sulfidation : 금속이 황과 반응하여 발생하는 부식) 입니다.
980℃ 수준의 고온에서도 지속적 사용이 가능하고,

금속간 galling resistant, 해수에 대한 내식성, 염산, 질산에 내식성입니다.
이와 같은 특성으로, 가스 터빈 엔진, 항공 재료, 고온 산업용 재료로 쓰입니다.

ATI L-605™ – Trademark of Allegheny Technologies, Incorporated, UNS R30605 대응됩니다.

※ Creep Resisting Materials (크리프 저항성 재료)
Steels, nickel alloy, cobalt alloy with minimum 8% chromium, which
are characterized by good mechanical behavior at temperature above
500℃ under long-range service conditions, i.e. primarily by creep strength
to 1% plastic strain or creep rupture strength during long-time stressing.

적어도 크롬 8% 이상 합금강, 니켈 합금, 코발트 합금으로 500℃ 이상에서
오랜 시간 사용해도 좋은 기계적 성질을 보이는 금속으로, 다시 말하면
1% 소성 변형 또는 오랜 시간 응력이 작용하는 크립 파단 강도가 있는 금속을 말합니다.

※ Creep rupture test (크리프 파단 시험)
Test measure the time to rupture, elongation after fracture,
reduction of area after fracture, etc. by holding test piece
at constant temperature and applying constant tensile force.
There are at times the cases where strain is measured during
creep rupture test or by interrupting test.

시험편을 일정한 온도로 유지하고 여기에 일정한 인장 하중을 가해,
파단 시간, 파단 연신율, 파단 단면 수축율 등을 측정하는 시험.
크리프 파단 시험 중 또는 시험을 중단하여, 변형을 측정하는 경우도 있습니다.
