QQ-S-763 규정은 내식성 강재 규정으로 환봉과 와이어, 형강, 단조재에
대한 규정으로 Type 440C, Type 347, 410, 416, 420, 430 재질 등이 있습니다.

AMS 5630 — 내식 스텐레스강으로 봉과 와이어, 단조재 규정입니다.
SAE 51440C 와 대응되며 1% 수준의 고탄소량, 17% 크롬, 0.52% 몰리 합금입니다.

QQ-S-763, AMS 5630, ASTM A276 Type 440C 재질의 환봉 재료는
서로 대응 가능하고 QT 열처리시 HRC 61 수준도 가능한 고경도 스텐레스입니다.

높은 탄소량으로 17% 수준의 크롬 합금으로, 높은 열처리성의
마르텐자이트 스텐레스이지만, 304, 316 내식성보다는 떨어집니다.

※ Cold finished steel bars (마봉강 : 摩棒鋼, Bright Bar)
Finishing steel bar with cold drawing, grinding, cutting, smooth turned,
rough turned, centerless, cold rolling or combination of them to improve
the surface quality and dimension precision.
The term “Cold Finish” is an umbrella definition for any material that has
had some sort of surface treatment.
There are round, square, hexagon, flat and so on according to the
cross-sectional shape.

강재를 냉간 인발, 연삭, 절삭, 센터리스 또는 이들의 조합으로 마무리한
봉강으로, 봉강 뿐 아니라, 원형, 정방형, 육각형, 장방형 및 이형 등이 있습니다.

※ Chromium (Cr : 크롬)
When used as an alloying element, chromium increases the hardenability of steel
and in association with high carbon gives resistance to wear and abrasion.
Chromium has an important effect on corrosion resistance and is present
in stainless steels in amounts of 11.5-20%.

크롬은 강에 합금 원소로 사용되며, 크롬량이 증가하면 경화성이 높아지고
고탄소강에는 내마모 성질을 부여합니다. 크롬은 스텐레스강에서 가장
중요한 원소로 11.5~20% 수준 합금 되, 내식 성질을 부여합니다.
