1.4313 +QT EN 10272 강재는 마르텐자이트 스텐레스 재질로
열처리에 의해 620 MPa minimum 의 높은 항복강도 강재이고

내열성 원소인 몰리브덴 등의 합금이 적어, 350℃ 수준까지만 0.2% 항복강도
규정이 있는 압력용기 용도로, 좋은 인성 (toughness) 재료입니다.

1.4313 +QT 강재는 보통 -60℃ ~ 300 ℃ 수준에서 사용되며, 용접성은 좋지 않고
내식성과 기계 가공성은 다른 스텐레스 대비 중간 수준입니다.

1.4313 +QT 780 외경이 작은 환봉 강재는 열간 압연, 열처리, descaled 상태이고
1.4313 +QT 900 강재는 +QT780 보다 항복강도가 높아, 800 MPa minimum 입니다.

재질적으로는 AISI CA6NM, ASTM A182 F6NM, Steel Grade X3CrNiMo13-4 와
비교 가능하고, 터빈 휠, 터빈 부품, 발전 장비, 밸브, 펌프 하우징 용도입니다.

SUS410 is representative.

담금질함으로서 마르텐자이트 조직으로 되어, 경화 시킬 수가 있는
스테인레스강으로 SUS410 — 13% 크롬강이 대표적입니다.

※ Martensite (마르텐자이트)
체심 정방체 (BCC) 구조를 가지는 준안정 고용체를 말합니다.
이것은 오스테나이트가 확산 기구가 아닌 방법으로 변태 되어 형성됩니다.
마르텐자이트는 담금질 강재의 구조입니다.

Metastable solid solution with a body-centred tetragonal crystal or a
body-centered cubic crystal having the same chemical composition
as that of the original austenite.
It is formed at a temperature of point Ms or lower by the transformation
of austenite without diffusional mechanism.
Martensite is sometimes produced by plastic deformation of austenite.
Martensite is the structure in quenched steel.
