SUS631 TH1050 강재는 고용화열처리 후 석출경화 열처리에 의한
항복강도 960 MPa minimum 스텐레스 강재입니다.

열간 또는 냉간이든 열처리 후의 기계적 성질을 동일하게 나타나는 규정으로
Temper TH1050 은 1050℉, 화씨 기준 열처리 온도를 나타냅니다.

석출 경화에 의한 높은 JIS 와 KS 스텐레스 재질로 SUS630, SUS631 이 있고
SUS630 — Copper, SUS631 — Aluminum 을 석출 경화 원소로 활용한 차이가 있습니다.

내식성에서는 오스테나이트계 스텐레스 보다 떨어지지만
강도에서는 오스테나이트계 스텐레스가 따라 올 수 없는 기계적 성질입니다.

※ Temper TH 1050 열처리 조건 : After Solution treatment , hold at (760℃±15) ℃
for 90 min, cool to 15 ℃ or lower within 1 h, hold for 30 min, and after holding
at (565±10) ℃ for 90 min air cool.

고용화 열처리 후, (760℃±15) ℃ 로, 90분 유지, 1시간 이내에 15 ℃ 이하로 냉각,
30분 유지, (565±10) ℃ 로, 90분 유지 후 공랭.

※ Precipitation Hardening Steels (석출 경화 : 析出硬化)
Steels with the property of being hardened by a method wherein
a small amount of elements such as aluminium, copper, etc.
is added and compounds of those elements or the like are
precipitated by heat treatment

알루미늄, 구리 등의 원소를 소량 첨가하고, 열처리에 의해
이들 원소 화합물을 석출 시켜 경화 하는 (강도 향상) 성질을 지니게 한 강.

※ Precipitation (석출 : 析出)
A phenomenon in which a crystal of a different phase is
separated from a solid solution and grows.

고용체로부터 분리된 다른 상의 결정체가 나타나는 현상으로
합금 금속에서 나타나는, 탄소와 크롬이 결합된 Cr23C6, Mg2Si,
MgZn2, 와 같이 표기되는 금속간 물질을 말합니다.
