BS 2S 143 재질은 영국 규격 내식성 스텐레스 재질로 석출 경화
열처리로 인장강도 930~1080 MPa 환봉, 단조강, 빌렛 제품 규격입니다.

스텐레스로는 중간 수준의 내식성이지만 석출 경화로 높은 강도가
가능한 항공기용 재료로 주로 사용되는 고강도 강재입니다.

S143D 로 표기되면 Bright Bar, S143B 로 표기되면 Black surface,
단조재인 경우는 S143C 로 표기되며, UNS S17400 재료와 성격이 비슷합니다.

BS 2S 143 강재는 FV520B, Def Stan 95/14-2, EN 1.4594, X5CrNiMoCuNb14-5
규격과 대응 가능한, 내(耐) 마찰 마모, 고강도 특징인 스텐레스입니다.

항공기의 이착륙 장치, 파스너, 가스 터빈 부품으로 사용되며 내식성은 300 계열의
오스테나이트계 스텐보다 열위지만, 강도는 오스테나이트가 따라 올 수 없는 강도입니다.

강재를 냉간 인발, 연삭, 절삭, 센터리스 또는 이들의 조합으로
마무리한 봉강으로, 봉강 뿐 아니라, 원형, 정방형,
육각형, 장방형 및 이형 등이 있습니다.

※ Aging treatment (시효처리 : Precipitation Hardening : 석출 경화)
Heat treatment applied to a ferrous product after solution treatment
bring its properties to the required level.
Note : It consists of heating to and socking at one or more
specified temperature, followed by appropriate cooling.

철강재가 필요한 성질을 가지도록 용체화 처리한 뒤에 적용하는 열처리.
이 처리는 가열한 뒤 정해진 하나 또는 두 온도에서 일정 시간 유지하는
균열화 처리 후 적절하게 냉각하는 공정으로 이루어집니다.
