재질명 P355QL1, 번호 1.8868 강재는 용접 가능한 QT 열처리 강재로
-40℃ transverse 방향, 최소 27 joule 충격 흡수 에너지 조건의 강재입니다.
EN 10028-6 규정의 강재로, P355 급으로는 P355Q, P355QH,
P355QL1, P355QL2, 4종류가 있습니다.
이들 재질의 화학 조성의 비슷하지만 KV (충격 흡수 에너지)에서 차이가 있어
P355Q, P355QH 는 -20℃ 최소 27 joule 이지만
P355QL1 — -40℃ transverse 방향, 최소 27 joule
P355QL2 — -60℃ transverse 방향, 최소 27 joule 으로 각각 차이가 있습니다.
또한 P355QH 재질처럼 “QH” 인 경우는 50℃ ~ 300℃ 까지,
온도 구역별 0.2% 최소 항복강도가 지정되어 있는 경우에 “QH”가 붙습니다.
※ Steels for pressure vessels (압력용기용 강재 : 壓力容器用 鋼材)
Steel products manufactured pressure vessels and high pressure
equipment which require strength, weldability and principally
toughness at a ordinary temperature.
They are generally used for the principal portions of
pressure vessels.
압력용기 및 고압 설비용으로서 고온 강도, 용접성 및 주로 상온에서의 인성을
중요시하여 제조 된 강재로, 보통 압력용기의 주요 부분에 사용됩니다.
※ Steel forging (단조강)
Steel ingot or semi-finished product to be wrought and formed to
provide a suitable wrought ratio and generally heat treated to
provide desired mechanical properties.
적당한 단련 성형비를 주도록 강괴 또는 강편을 단련 성형하고
원하는(소정의) 기계적 성질을 얻기 위해 열처리를 시행한 것.
※ Transverse directions (역방향 : 逆方向)
Literally, across usually signifying a direction or plane
perpendicular to the direction of working.
