PSL (product specification level)에 따라 PSL1, PSL2 로
화학 원소, 검사 조건이 달라질 뿐 아니라

Seamless 강관, 용접 강관 (HFW, SAW, COW)이 구분되고 Out Diameter 에
따라서 다른 CVN, UT Test, 부식 조건 등, 다양한 공급 조건이 있는 파이프입니다.

API 5L X52N PSL2 재료는 API L360NE PSL2, ASTM Grade C,
A333 Grade 6, EN P355NL1 TC2 재질과 비교 가능한 규격입니다.

※ Charpy V-Notch Impact Test (CVN : 샤르피 충격 시험 : 衝擊試驗)
Test to measure the absorbed energy, impact value, percentage
of brittle/ductile fracture, transition temperature, etc. with using
charpy impact testing machine in which test piece is supported by
two supports distant by 40mm so that the notch meets the middle
between supports and is broken by striking with one blow of
pendulum to the face opposite the notch.

샤르피 충격 시험기를 사용하여 시험편을 40 mm 간격이 있는 두 개의
지지대에 올려 놓고, 또한 노치부를 지지대 사이의 중앙에 놓고
노치부의 뒷면을 해머로 1회만 충격을 주어, 시험편을 파단 시키고
흡수 에너지, 충격치, 파면율, 천이 온도 등을 측정하는 시험.

※ TMCP (thermo mechanical control process : 열가공 제어 공정)
A generic term for manufacturing methods carrying out air cooling or
enforced controlled cooling subsequent to the main process
of controlled rolling.
It includes the thermo-mechanical rolling and accelerated rolling,
but not when it is classical controlled rolling alone
This is also called TMCP.

열가공제어법이라고 하며, 강재를 압연 생산시 온도를 제어하는
제어 압연을 기본으로 하고, 냉각시 공냉, 수냉의 방법으로 강재의 기계적
성질을 확보하는 강판으로, 온라인 정밀 제어 열가공 처리 강판이라고도 하지만
용어의 길이가 너무 길어, 간단히 TMCP 라고 합니다.
