2.4607 재질은 2.4605 NiCr23Mo16Al 재질을 용접 할 때 사용하는
Welding Wire 또는 Welding Rod 규격으로 2.4607 의 주요

합금 원소인 니켈, 크롬, 몰리브덴, 철 값에서 2.4605 와 동일합니다.
2.4607 Welding Wire/Welding Rod 는 인발로 생산돼 표면이 bright (광택마무리)입니다.

2.4605 Sheet, Plate, Strip 재질은 니켈을 Base-Metal 로 하는 니켈 합금으로
0.010% max 수준의 저탄소로, 용접시 크롬 탄화물 석출로, 크롬 고갈에 따른

입계 부식에 염려가 없는 공식, 틈 부식에 높은 저항성 재료입니다.
무기산 (mineral acid : 無機酸)인 질산, 인산, 황산과 염화물 특히 내해수성 재료입니다.

2.4605 판재는 용접성이 좋으며, 산화와 환원 작용에도 높은 내식성이고
UNS N06059, Alloy 59 라고도 불리는 Low-carbon Ni-Cr-Mo 계열 니켈 합금입니다.

※ 산화 (Oxidation : 酸化)
The addition of oxygen to a compound,
Exposure to atmosphere sometimes results in oxidation of the
exposed surface, hence a staining or discoloration,
This effect is increased with temperature.

산소와의 결합을 말합니다.
표면이 대기에 노출되면 산화 된 결과 표면 색이 변하고 변형이 됩니다.
온도가 높아지면 산화는 가속화됩니다.

※ 입계부식 (Intergranular corrosion : 粒界腐蝕)
금속의 결정 입계 (grain boundary) 또는 근처에서 발생하는 부식을 말합니다.
Corrosion in or adjacent to the grain boundaries of the metal.

※ Precipitation (석출 : 析出)
A phenomenon in which a crystal of a different phase is
separated from a solid solution and grows.

고용체로부터 분리된 다른상의 결정체가 나타나는 현상으로
합금 금속에서 나타나는, 탄소와 크롬이 결합된 Cr23C6, Mg2Si,
MgZn2, 와 같이 표기되는 금속간 물질을 말합니다.
