KSFA90 재질은 저합금강 단강품 (低合金鋼鍛鋼品) 으로
일본 선급협회 (Nippon Kaiji Kyokai : 日本船級協會 : ClassNK) 규격으로

KSFA60, KSFA65, KSFA70, KSFA75, KSFA80, KSFA85, KSFA90, KSFA95,
KSFA100, KSFA105, KSFA110, 11종류 중 1가지 입니다.

저합금은 담금질성 좋은 크롬, 니켈, 몰리브덴의 원소를 저합금한 원소재를 가지고
단조 과정으로 생산하고 QT 열처리를 하고, 선급 검사한 (Type 3.2) 강재를 말합니다.

KSFA90 강재는 항복강도 600 MPa minimum, 인장강도 880 ～ 1030 MPa
연신율 Longitudinal 13% min, Transverse 9% min.

단면수축율 Longitudinal 40% min, Transverse 27% min. 수준의
기계적 성질을 가지는 저합금 강재입니다.

※ 열처리( Heat Treatment : 熱處理)
철강재의 전체 또는 일부에 열 사이클을 적용하여 그 성질 또는 조직을 변화 시키는
일련의 작업으로, 철강재의 화학 조성은 이러한 작업 과정으로 변할 수 있습니다.

properties and/or structure.

※ Reduction of area (RA : 斷面收縮率 : 단면 수축율)
Percentage of the difference between the minimum sectional
area after fracture and the original sectional area of test piece
to the original sectional area.
In KS and JIS, it is required only for test pieces with circular section.

시험편 파단 후의 최소 단면적과 그 원단면적의 차를
원단면적에 대한 백분율로 나타낸 것.
KS, JIS에서는 원형 단면의 시험편에서 비율을 구합니다.

※ Longitudinal directions (압연 방향 : 壓延方向)
The principal direction of flow in a worked steel.
Usually the length of the plate.
Grain direction also runs the length of the plate.

※ Transverse directions (역방향 : 逆方向)
Literally, across usually signifying a direction or plane
perpendicular to the direction of working.
