C3601 재질은 납 (Pb) 원소를 쾌삭성 향상으로 합금한 쾌삭 황동입니다.
C3601 황동은 C3602 황동과 함께 좋은 절삭성으로 고속 자동 선반,

피니언, 스크류, 볼트, 너트, 작은 나사, 기어 부품으로 사용됩니다.
KS D 5101 동 합금 봉과 로드 규정 재료로 C3602BD는 Temper F 한 가지이지만

C3601BD 재료는 같은 인발 재료이면서 Temper O, 1/2H, Hard 3종류입니다.
UNS C36000, C35300, EN CuZn37Pb1, BS CZ131 재질과 비교 가능합니다.

※ Temper (질별 : 質別)
금속 또는 합금에 요구되는 특정한 물리적 및/또는 기계적 성질을 부여하는
공정으로 (예를 들어 기계적 처리 및/또는 열처리) 후의 제품의 상태를 말합니다.

the purpose of giving the particular physical or mechanical property
to wrought products and alloy products.

※ Drawing (인발 : 引拔)
The process of pulling material through a die to reduce the size,
change the cross sectional shape, or to harden the material.

소재를 잡아 당겨, 다이를 통과 시키면서 단면적이나 크기를
줄여 나가거나, 금속을 경화 시키기도 하는 방법을 말합니다.

※ 납 (鉛 : Lead : Pb)
납은 비중 11.3 g/㎤ 의 중금속으로 강재나 스텐레스, 동에 합금하면 쾌삭 성질을
부여해, 가공성과 고속 절삭성을 높이고, 용융점 327.4℃ 로 낮습니다.
이런 장점이 있지만, 인체에 미치는 독성이 있는 금속입니다.
KS D 5512, JIS H 4301, ASTM B749 규정에 납 판재에 대한 규정이 있으며
납 합금으로는 AISI 12L14, KS, JIS의 SUM××L, 청동으로 CAC603~8 이 있습니다.
