A453-660 Class A+D, A와 D 차이가 뭐지? 내열강 환봉

ASTM A453 Class A+D 재료는 고온에서 사용하는 볼트용 오스테나이트
스테인리스로 밸브 플랜지, 압력용기용 파스너에 쓰이는 재료입니다.
철을 Base로 하는 철계(鐵系) 합금으로, 704℃도 수준에서도 내식성의 내열강입니다.
고온뿐 아니라 극저온에서도 사용 가능하면서 비자성 (non-magnetic) 재료이면서
두 번의 열처리인 시효 경화처리로 강도도 높은 재료입니다.
같은 오스테나이트 스테인리스 Type 304 –항복강도 205 MPa minomum,
A453-660 Class A — 585 MPa, Class D — 725 MPa와 비교하면 높은 수준을 알 수 있습니다.
경우에 따라 A453 Grade 660 Class A+D로 Dual Spec 생산되는 경우가 있고
이는 Class A, Class D의 Solution Treatment, Hardening Treatment
열처리 온도와 시간 조건이 같으며, 다만 Class D의 경화처리 부대 조건에서 차이가 있습니다.
Class A
Solution Treatment : 1650℉±25℉, hold 2h and liquid quench
Hardening Treatment : 1325℉±25℉, hold 16h and air cool
Class D
Solution Treatment : 1650℉±25℉, hold 2h and liquid quench or
1800℉±25℉, hold 1h and liquid quench
Hardening Treatment : 1325℉±25℉, hold 16h and air cool
if necessary to achieve properties second age
1200℉±25℉, hold 16h and air cool

Property of materials that are used at above 550℃ (for steel : wustite point)
due to their excellent resistant to the effects of hot gases and products of
combustion as well as their resistance to the influence of molten salts
and molten metals but also showing good mechanical properties
during short and long-term stressing — EN 10095
내열성은 550℃를 넘는 연소 가스의 영향에 저항성 성질뿐 아니라 용융염,
용융 금속에도, 짧은 시간부터 오랜 기간 응력에 대한 영향에서, 좋은 기계적
성질과 내산화 내부식 성질입니다.
대개의 금속은 540~550℃ 수준을 넘는 온도 노출되면 미세 구조의 변화로
심한 연성 저하와 충격 강도의 저하가 있습니다.
