AISI 4130 은 강관-Tube, 봉강 (Round-Bar), Plate/Sheet,
Cr-Mo 합금 규격입니다.

JIS SCM430과 그 Spec이 비슷하고
항공기용 소재로 주로 사용됩니다.

한쪽 끝 경화능 보증강재인 Hardenability로 가능하며
용접성도 그리 나쁘지 않습니다.

AISI 4130 은, 냉간 인발 SMLS Tube인 경우
항복강도 90~100 ksi (620~690 MPa)

인장강도 110~120 ksi (760~830 MPa)의 높은 강도입니다.

Hardenability is a material property for steel grades,
The hardenability mainly depends on carbon content in solid solution.
The degree of easy hardening in quench hardening of steel products,
that is, a performance controlling the hardened depth and
and the distribution of hardness.

철강을 퀜칭 경화 시켰을 경우의 경화 용이도, 즉 경화가 되는 깊이와
경도의 깊이를 지배하는 성능을 말합니다.
경화성은, 통상 경화가 되는 깊이의 대소로서 비교하는데, 거기에는
경화성 시험 방법 (한쪽 끝 퀜칭 방법)을 사용하는게 편리합니다.
