합금으로 저온 충격 -101℃ Test 강재이고
SA553/A553 Type 1, Spec은 Nickel 9%
합금으로 저온 충격 -196℃ Test입니다.
SA537/A537 Cl.1, 저온용 ASME/ASTM 충격 시험 온도가
-62℃ Test를 감안하면, 얼마나 저온인지 비교됩니다.
Nickel 합금은 강도, 인성을 높이기도 하지만
저온 충격 취성 (Brittleness)을 감소 시키거나
사라지게 만드는 효과 때문에 합금 하게 됩니다.
그렇다고 Nickel 합금이 용접성을 해치지도 않습니다.
※ Brittleness : The property of little deformability, hard and brittle in general,
It is usually compared by the strength of impact or the surface conditions of fracture.
20℃＜ 0℃＜ -20℃＜-40℃＜-60℃＜-100℃
저온으로 가면 갈수록 Brittleness (취성)는 급격히 증가하며,
구조체의 안전을 확보 해야 할 철강 구조체가 온도가 내려가는
환경에서 충격에 버티는 성질을 너무 중요합니다.
