A1050 재질은 99.5% Aluminum 입니다.
A1050 Temper H24 는, 가공 경화한 알루미늄 질별 기호로

규정값 이상으로 가공 경화한 뒤, Standard 값을 만족 시키는 수준까지
적절하게 연화 처리한 알루미늄의 질별 기호입니다.

A1050 재질은 Alloy 1050, Plate, Sheet 인 경우는 A1050P
Bar 제품인 경우는 A1050B, Wire 인 경우는 A1050W 로 구분합니다.

A1050, Alloy 1050 재질은 reflection plates, lighting fixtures, ornaments,
tanks for chemical industry, conductive materials and others 용도입니다.

강도는 낮지만, 극히 우수한 성형성 (formability) 용접성 (weldability)과
내식성 (corrosion resistance) 특성입니다.

※ Plate
A rolled material of a rectangular cross-section supplied in straight
lengths usually with slit, sheared, or saw edges.

※ Strip
A rolled material of a rectangular cross-section supplied in coils
usually with slit edges.

※ Mill edge (밀엣지)
One of the edges of steel sheets and strip
The edge naturally generated by rolling as it is, but not to be cut.

강판, 강대의 가장자리 모습을 나타내는 용어로, 압연으로 자연히
생긴 엣지 그대로 절단되어 있지 않은 것을 말합니다.

※ Cut edge (캇엣지)
One of the edges of the steel sheets and steel strip and edges naturally
generated by rolling are cut
Sometimes called trimmed edge, slit edge, sheared edge and so on
according to cutting process.

강판, 강대의 가장자리 모습을 나타내는 용어로, 최종 공정에서 가장자리를
절단한 것을 한것을 말합니다.
절단 방법에 따라, 트림드엣지, 스릿엣지, 쉐아드엣지 등으로 구분하기도 합니다.

※ Strain Hardening (변형 경화 : 가공 경화)
An increase in hardness and strength caused by plastic
deformation at temperature lower than the recrystallization range

재 결정 온도 이하에서 소성 변형을 일으켜 경도와
강도를 증가 시키는 현상을 말합니다.

※ Plastic deformation : Plastic strain : 소성 변형 (塑性變形)
탄성(elasticity)은 재료가 어떤 응력하에서 발생한 연신이
응력을 제거하면 원상태나 원래의 모습으로 돌아오는 것을 말하고
반대 개념인 소성은 외부 힘 (지진 및 철강재의 변형가공)에 의해
탄성 한계를 지나면 외력이 사라져도, 원래의 모습으로 돌아오지 않고
영구적으로 변형이 생기는 것을 말하며, 영구 변형이라고도 합니다.
