AISI 431, F899 Type431 강재는 열처리에 의해 경화 가능한
마르텐자이트 스텐레스면서, 외과용 의료 도구로 사용되는 재질입니다.
Vacuum Induction Melted (진공 유도 용해)로, 높은 청정강으로
surgical, dental, medical instruments, cutting tool 용도로 사용됩니다.
AISI 431, F899 Type431 강재는 annealed condition hardness 285 HB 이지만
1038℃ quenching and 260~371℃ tempering 열처리 하면 42 HRC 경도입니다.
AISI 431 강재는 CHRONIFER® M-15X, 1.4057, X17CrNi16-2, 비교 가능하고
이전 DIN 규격 1.4108, X30CrMoN15-1 은, 1.4057 로 대체되었습니다.
※ Vacuum melting (진공용해)
Melting in a vacuum to prevent contamination from air, as well as to
remove gases already dissolved in the metal ; the solidification may
also be carried out on a vacuum or at low pressure.
※ Martensitic Stainless Steels
Stainless steels which can be hardened by increasing carbon contents
of ferritic stainless steel and heat treatment to martensitic structure
SUS410 is representative.
담금질함으로서 마르텐자이트 조직으로 되어, 경화 시킬 수가 있는
스테인레스강으로 SUS410 — 13% 크롬강이 대표적입니다.
※ Martensite (마르텐자이트)
체심 정방체 (BCC) 구조를 가지는 준안정 고용체를 말합니다.
이것은 오스테나이트가 확산 기구가 아닌 방법으로 변태 되어 형성됩니다.
Metastable solid solution with a body-centred tetragonal crystal or a
body-centered cubic crystal having the same chemical composition
as that of the original austenite.
It is formed at a temperature of point Ms or lower by the transformation
of austenite without diffusional mechanism.
Martensite is sometimes produced by plastic deformation of austenite.
