Alclad 2024 알루미늄 합금은 Alloy 2017 보다 강도가 높은
Alloy 2024 표면에 Alloy 1230 을 Cladding 한 제품을 말합니다.

Alloy 2024 재질이 강도는 높지만, 내식성이 떨어지는 것을 보완하기 위해
내식성이 우수한 알루미늄을, 양면 표면에 合板한 재질을 Alclad 2024 라고 합니다.

Alloy 2024 재질은 강도가 높고, 절삭성이 우수한 재질에 내식성이 좋는
Alloy 1230 재질을 Clad 해서, 항공기 용도와 각종 구조용 재료로 사용합니다.

※ Clad Plate (클래드 : 접합 판)
a plate of which the base material (a plate constituting the base plate) is clad
on all the surface with a sheet of different kind alloy by the method such as
pressure welding or the like
심재 (중심이 되는 판)의 표면에 피재 (종류가 다른 합금의 얇은 판)를
압접 등의 방법으로 전면에 접합 한 판을 말합니다.

※ Steel for structure (구조용강 : 構造用鋼)
Steel products manufactured for building, bridges, ships, vehicles,
and other structure uses, which require high strength, if required weldability as well.

건축, 교량, 선박, 차량, 기타의 구조물용으로서 강도 및 필요에 따라
용접성을 중시하여 제조 된 강재를 말합니다.

※ Aluminium Temper T4 meaning
Solution heat-treated, and naturally aged
Applies to products which are not cold works after solution
heat treatment, and naturally aged to a substantially stable condition.
Therefore, the effect of cold work in flattening or
straightening may be small.

고용화 열처리 이후에 자연 시효 경화 한 후 안정화된 상태를 말하고
고용화 열처리 이후에 냉간 가공을 실시하지 않으며 변형을 바로잡기 위한
냉간 가공은 기계적 성질에 영향이 작은 수준을 말합니다.
