TP347HFG 재질은 Tube and Pipe 오스테나이트 스텐레스로
Carbon (C) 탄소량이 0.06~0.10%로 높아 TP347 High Grade 입니다

TP347HFG 는 금속 조직이 Fine Grained 으로 TP347HFG 재질명이 됬고
FG 가 없는 TP347H 재질은 Course grained 로 차이가 있습니다.

금속 조직의 차이는 더 높은 온도에서도, 더 높은 응력에 대한 저항이 가능합니다
TP347HFG 재질은 600℃ 수준에서 TP347H 보다 높은 creep strength 입니다.

이런 특징으로 TP347HFG 재질은 석탄 화력 발전소의 과열 기관, reheater 로
쓰이며, 스팀에 대한 내산화성이고, 스팀 보일러, biomass 보일러 용도입니다.

튜브 외경은 크지 않고, OD 65 mm max, 12.5 mmt maximum 수준의 튜브입니다.
ASTM A213-TP347HFG (보일러 열교환기 규격), 1.4908 규정과 비교 가능합니다.

※ Fine grained steel (세립강 細粒鋼) : Steel with an austenitic grain size number is 5 or over
Steels which resist grain growth over a considerable temperature range,
when held at temperature for a reasonable length of time as is
customary in heat treatment of steel

※ Coarse grained steel (조립강 粗粒鋼) :
Steel with austenitic grain size number is up to 5.

※ Creep Strength Materials
Steels, nickel alloy, cobalt alloy with minimum 8% chromium, which
are characterized by good mechanical behavior at temperature above
500℃ under long-range service conditions, i.e. primarily by creep strength
to 1% plastic strain or creep rupture strength during long-time stressing.

적어도 크롬 8% 이상 합금강, 니켈 합금, 코발트 합금으로 500℃ 이상에서
오랜 시간 사용해도 좋은 기계적 성질을 보이는 금속으로, 다시 말하면
1% 소성 변형 또는 오랜 시간 응력이 작용하는 크립 파단 강도가 있는 금속을 말합니다.
