AMS 5561 규정은 내식, 내열, 높은 수압 환경에 사용하는
인발 용접 강관 또는 인발 SMLS Tubing 제품에 대한 규정으로

Alloy 21-6-9 로 불리며, 이는 21% 함량의 Chromium 합금과
6% Nickel, 9% Manganese 주요 합금량으로, 지어진 이름입니다.

A312 TPXM-12 재질과 대응되는 AMS 5561 스텐레스는
Type 304 대비 2배 이상의 높은 항복강도를 가지는 비자성 특성입니다.

극히 좋은 충격 인성으로, 극저온인 -230℃ 수준에서도 사용 가능하고,
고온에서 내산화성인, 오스테나이트계 스텐레스입니다.

Alloy 21-6-9 재질은 우주 항공용 소재로 사용되어, hydraulic tubes,
engine components 용도의 냉간 인발 (cold drawn) 튜브입니다.

※ Drawing (인발 : 引拔)

소재를 잡아 당겨, 다이를 통과시키면서 단면적이나 크기를
줄여 나가거나, 금속을 경화 시키기도 하는 방법입니다.

※ Oxidation resistance (내산화성 : 耐酸化性)
A property of oxidation resistance at a high temperature.
고온에서 산화 (철의 부식)에 견디는 성질을 말합니다.

※ Toughness (인성 : 靭性)
The degree of difficulty in occurring impact breaking
because of the material’s toughness .
질기고 세며, 충격 파괴를 일으키기 어려운지, 어떤지의 정도.

※ Cold Finish (냉간 마무리)
The term “Cold Finish” is an umbrella definition for any metal
that has had some sort of surface treatment.
EX) Cold drawn is cold finish surface.
Centerless Ground, Smooth Turned, and Rough Turned — These are all “Cold Finish”
