1.4462 재질은 Duplex Stainless 재질로 높은 강도가 특징입니다.
1.4462 wire, Spring Temper D3 mm 수준이면 강도가 1550~1790 MPa 수준입니다.

Duplex Stainless 재질은 오스테나이트와 페라이트, 2상 간의 조화로
오스테나이트계보다 SCC, 틈 부식에서 훨씬 강한 재질입니다….하지만 전면 부식은 약함.

이상 (二相)에 의한 높은 강도와 내식성이지만, 가는 wire 형태로
냉간 인발 하면 가공 경화에 의해, 더욱 강도는 높아집니다.

1.4462 재질은 SUS329J3L, UNS S32205 재질과 대응되고 1.4462 듀플렉스 Spring
Temper 강도가 높아 사용이 곤란한 경우 Anneal 처리해 강도를 낮게 할 수 있습니다.

※ Stress corrosion cracking (SCC : 응력 부식 균열 : 應力腐蝕龜裂)
응력 부식으로 인한 균열

※ Strain hardening (가공 경화)
Modification of a metal structure by cold working, resulting in an increase in strength
and hardness, generally with some loss of ductility.

냉간 가공에 의한 금속 조직의 변화로 강도와 경도의 증가를 유발하며
일반적으로 연성이 감소되는 현상이 있습니다.

※ Cold working (냉간 가공)

such that strain hardening occurs.

가공 경화가 발생하는 온도에서의 금속 또는 합금의 소성 변형을 말합니다.
