Colspeed 90 재질은 알루미늄 청동 재질입니다.
EN CC335G, CuAl10Fe5Ni5-C — Al-Bronze 10/5/5 재질을

기본으로 하고 쾌삭성 향상 원소인 Lead (Pb) 합금입니다.
알루미늄 청동은 Copper 에, Aluminum 12% 이하의 합금으로

Colspeed 90 처럼 10% 수준의 알루미늄 합금에서 가장 강도가 높아집니다.
Colspeed 90 금속은 강도와 함께 높은 내부식성, 내 (耐) 마찰 마모 특징입니다.

Anti-friction (마찰 저항) 성질로 Bearing 용도로 쓰이며, Lead 성분이
자체 윤활 성질을 부여하고, 마찰에 의한 스파크 저항성 재질입니다.

Colspeed 90 동합금은 내해수성 (resistance seawater) Marine hardware,
fasteners and fittings, fasteners 로 쓰이며, 일반 적인 용도로는 gears, non-sparking

safety tooling, valve spindles and components, bearings pins and bushes
thermostatic valves and worm wheels 용도입니다..

※ Wear resistance (내마모성 : Abrasion resistance)
A property of resistance against a phenomenon in which the mechanical
scratch, metallic abrasion, etc. of relatively moving metal surfaces are
integrated and the surfaces are worn, called wear.

상대 운동하는 금속 면의 기계적 글킴, 금속적 점착 등이 종합되어서 그 면이
소모되는 현상을 마모라고 하고, 이에 견디는 성질을 말합니다.
