SA312-TP316H 강재는 SMLS, Welded, 그리고 냉간 생산된
오스테나이트 스텐레스 파이프로, 고온에서 쓰이며, 내식성 강재입니다.

SA312-TP316H 재질과 같은 H grade 스텐레스는 탄소량이 0.04% 이상으로
크립 파단 강도가 높은 특징으로, 고온에서 사용되는 재질입니다.

SA312-TP316H 스텐레스에는 Molybdenum 2~3% 합금으로
TP304 재질보다 해수 (seawater)환경에서 공식 저항성이 높은 재질입니다.

오스테나이트계 H Grade — 탄소량 0.04% 이상의 재질로는 SA312-TP316H,
SA312-TP321H, SA312-347H 종류의 재질이 고온용 파이프로 사용됩니다.

※ Molybdenum (Mo)
Its use as an alloying element in steel increase hardenability and
in low alloy steels reduces the risk of temper brittleness.
It is used in stainless steels as well as high speed steels.
It is increases the high-temperature tensile and creep strengths in steel.

몰리브덴은 경화능 향상 원소이고, 저합금강에서는 템퍼 취성을 감소 시키는
역할을 합니다. 몰리브덴은 고속도강부터 스텐레스까지 합금 되는 원소입니다.
몰리브덴은 강에서 고온 강도와 크리프 강도를 높여주는 역할을 합니다.

※ Creep Strength Materials
Steels, nickel alloy, cobalt alloy with minimum 8% chromium, which
are characterized by good mechanical behavior at temperature above
500℃ under long-range service conditions, i.e. primarily by creep strength
to 1% plastic strain or creep rupture strength during long-time stressing.

적어도 크롬 8% 이상 합금강, 니켈합금, 코발트 합금으로 500℃ 이상에서
오랜 시간 사용해도 좋은 기계적 성질을 보이는 금속으로, 다시 말하면 1% 소성 변형
또는 오랜 시간 응력이 작용하는 크립 파단 강도가 있는 금속을 말합니다.
