LR DH32 강재는 -20℃ 에서 충격시험 (CVN Impact Test) 46 joule
이상의, 선급 인증 EN 10204 Type 3.2 검사 증명서 발행 조건 강판입니다.

LR (Lloyd’s Register of Shipping : 영국 선급 협회) 규정 강판으로
LR DH32 탄소강 강판은 항복강도 315 MPa minimum 으로

구조용강재 ASTM A36 — 항복강도 250 MPa 보다는 높고
용접 구조용 강재 JIS SM490A –항복강도 325 MPa min (16t 이하), 수준의 강도입니다.

LR DH32 강재에는 Vanadium, Niobium (columbium) 원소가 합금 되며
이들 원소는 강재 조직을 미세화 시켜 강도를 높이는 합금 원소입니다.

또한 Nickel 원소는 강재의 인성을 향상 시켜 주는 원소로, 저온 환경에 사용하는
LR DH32 강재 뿐 아니라 탄소강, 합금강, 스텐레스 주요 원소입니다.

※ Toughness (인성 : 靭性)

※ Impact Test (충격 시험 : 衝擊試驗)
Test of evaluating toughness or brittleness of materials to examine
the magnitude of absorbed energy, fracture appearance, deformation
behavior, crack propagation behavior, etc. in breaking test piece by
applying impact load.
According to the manners to apply impact load, there are various
test methods such as impact tensile, impact compression, impact
bending, impact torsion, etc.
Further, according to kinds of testing machine to be used, they
are also divided into charpy impact test, I zod impact test, etc.

재료의 인성 또는 취성을 조사하기 위해, 시험편에 충격 하중을 가하여
파단 시키고, 소요된 에너지의 대소, 파면의 양산, 변형 거동, 균열의
진전 거동 등에 따라 평가를 하는 시험.
충격 하중 방법에 따라 충격 인장, 충격 압축, 충격 비틀림 시험 등이 있고
사용되는 시험기의 종류에 따라, 샤르피 충격 시험, 아이조드
충격 시험으로 구분됩니다.
