A867 Type 2F 재질은 Iron-Silicon Relay Steel 규정으로 Silicon
2.3% 합금에 인 (phosphorus) 합금으로 쾌삭성을 높인 재질입니다.

A867 Type 2F 합금은 솔레노이드나 릴레이와 인젝터 같은 전기 기계 부품으로
쓰이며, 탄소강이나 연자성 저탄소 철 (soft magnetic low carbon irons) 보다

높은 투자율 (permeability), 낮은 보자력 (coercive force)과 잔류자기,
높은 전기 저항 특징을 가지는 wrought Fe-Si Steel 입니다.

A867 Type 2F 재질의 물리적 성질로는, 비중 7.65 g/㎤, 전기저항 40 ЧΩ-cm,
자속밀도 2.06T, 큐리온도 748℃, 열팽창계수 25~400℃ : 13.2 (10-6/℃) 입니다.

※ Permeability (투자율 : 透磁率)
Ratio of magnetic flux to magnetizing force.
Usually, initial and maximum permeabilities are used.

자화력에 대한 자속 밀도의 비를 말하며
통상적으로 초투자율과 최대 투자율이 사용됩니다.

※ Coercive force (보자력 : 保磁力)
Magnetizing force Hc at which the magnetic flux
density vanishes on the hysteresis loop.

이력곡선에서 자속 밀도가, 0 에 상당하는 자화력 Hc.

※ Magnetic flux density or magnetic induction (자속밀도 : 磁束密度)
Magnetic flux per unit area of uniformly magnetized sample
For unit, Tesla (T) is used.
균일하게 자화 된 시료의 단위 면적당의 자속으로
단위는 테슬라 (T)를 사용합니다.

※ Free cutting steels (Resulfurized : 쾌삭강, 快削鋼)
Steels to which free cutting properties is improved by
individual or combined addition of phosphorus (P), sulfur (S),
lead (Pb), selenium (Se), tellurium (Te), calcium (Ca), etc.

인, 황, 납, 셀레늄, 텔루륨, 칼슘 등을 단독 또는 복합으로
첨가하여, 피삭성을 높인 강.
