11L17, 11L37, 11L41, 11L44, 12L12 재질은 모두 쾌삭강재입니다.
Lead (Pb) 0.15~0.35 % 합금한 강재로, Pb는 강재에 쾌삭 성능을 부여합니다.

11L17 재질을 포함해 대부분의 쾌삭강 재질은 Cold Finished 제품으로
ASTM A108 규정의 공차 규정 (tolerance)을 따릅니다.

11L17, 11L37, 11L41, 11L44, 12L12 은, Automotive components, Gears, Pinions,
Worms, Medium-Duty Shafts, Studs, Universal Joints, mechanical engineering 용도입니다.

※ Free cutting steels (Resulfurized : 쾌삭강, 快削鋼) — JIS
Steels to which free cutting properties is improved by
individual or combined addition of phosphorus (P), sulfur (S),
lead (Pb), selenium (Se), tellurium (Te), calcium (Ca), etc.

인, 황, 납, 셀레늄, 텔루륨, 칼슘 등을 단독 또는 복합으로
첨가하여, 피삭성을 높인 강.

※ Cold finished steel bars (마봉강 : 摩棒鋼, Bright Bar)
Finishing steel bar with cold drawing, grinding, cutting,
