HEA200 Steel Symbol 은 유럽형 H-Beam 입니다.
HEA200 H-Beam 은, European wide flange beam 으로

Size 190×200×6.5/10, 단면적 53.8 ㎠, 단위 중량 43 kg/m 입니다.
아시아권의 KS, JIS 에는 비슷한 Size 가 없는 유럽형입니다.

HEA200 재질은 S275JR, S355JR, S355J2 와 같은 유럽의 강재 재질로
표기되는 강재의 기계적 성질을 나타내는 Steel Grade 가 있습니다.

S275JR 강재는 항복강도 275 MPa min., 20℃/27 joule CVN Test 조건
S355J2 강재는 항복강도 355 MPa min. -20℃/27 joule CVN Test 조건의

탄소강 강재로, EN 10025-2 열간 압연 강재 규정을 따릅니다.
HEA200 은 작은 Size H-Beam 이고, 숫자가 높아질수록 Size가 커집니다.

※ Mechanical properties (기계적 성질 : 機械的性質)
Various properties relating to mechanical deformation and
breaking such as tensile strength, yield point or proof strength,
elongation, reduction of area, hardness, impact value,
fatigue strength, creep strength, etc.

인장강도, 항복점, 연신율, 단면 수축율, 경도, 충격치, 피로강도,
크리프 강도 등 기계적인 변형 및 파괴에 관계되는 성질을 말합니다.

※ Charpy V-Notch Impact Test (CVN : 샤르피 충격 시험)
Test to measure the absorbed energy, impact value, percentage
of brittle/ductile fracture, transition temperature, etc. with using
charpy impact testing machine in which test piece is supported by
two supports distant by 40 mm so that the notch meets the middle
between supports and is broken by striking with one blow of
pendulum to the face opposite the notch.

샤르피 충격 시험기를 사용하여 시험편을 40 mm 간격이 있는 두 개의
지지대에 올려 놓고, 또한 노치부를 지지대 사이의 중앙에 놓고
노치부의 뒷면을 해머로 1회만 충격을 주어, 시험편을 파단 시키고
흡수 에너지, 충격치, 파면율, 천이 온도 등을 측정하는 시험.
