S275J2 Plate 재질은, 유럽 철강 규격인 EN 10025-2 규정 강재로
EN 10025-2 규정은, 열간 압연 구조용 강재를 규정했습니다.

열간 압연 구조용강재 S275J2 재질을 가지는 제품의 형상으로는 Plate, Sheet,
Strip, Coil, H-Beam, Sections, Round-Bar, and Forging 형상 등이 있습니다.

S275J2 Plate 특징은 항복강도 275 MPa minimum, CVN absorbed energy
-20℃, 27 joule minimum 이고, 완전 탈산강 (fully killed steel)로 제조합니다.

S275J2 재질의 steel number 1.0145 이고, KS SM275C, JIS SM400C,
ASTM A36 과 강도는 비슷하지만, 세부적인 Spec 에서 훨씬 촘촘한 규격입니다.

S275J2 재질 대부분의 As rolled 조건이지만 경우에 따라 열처리 지정이 있으면
Normalizing, Normalizing rolling, TMCP 방법으로 생산하는 경우도 있습니다.

※ Steel for structure (구조용강 : 構造用鋼)
Steel products manufactured for building, bridges, ships, vehicles,

건축, 교량, 선박, 차량, 기타의 구조물용으로서 강도 및 필요에 따라
용접성을 중시하여 제조 된 강재를 말합니다.

※ Rolled steel products (압연강재 : 壓延鋼材)
Steel products to be formed bars, wire rods, sections, steel strip
in coil, steel plates, flat bar and so on by rolling mill.
Normally those further not hot rolled by the manufacturer.

압연기로서 봉강, 선재, 형강, 강판, 강대, 평강 등의 모양으로, 성형 가공한 강재로
성형 가공 후 보통 제조자에 의해 더 이상 추가적인 열간 압연이 없습니다.

※ Killed Steel (킬드강, 탈산강)
Steel sufficiently deoxidized with ferrosilicon, aluminium, and so on.
In the case of ingot casting, during the progress of solidification in a ingot mold,
it is gently solidified without generation of carbon monoxide,
being comparatively uniform, with little segregation and has no blow hole.
however, because of a shrinkage cavity is formed in the centre of upper part,
its yield is low, In the case of continuous casting, it is killed steel and,
comparing with an ingot casting, uniformity and yield better.
killed steel is further classified according to grain size or deoxidizer.

페로실리콘이나, 알루미늄 등으로 충분히 탈산한 강철로,
용탕이 응고 진행 중에 일산화 탄소를 발생 시키지 않고,
조용히 응고해, 비교적 균질하고, 편석이 적고, 기포도 없지만
응고된 강괴 윗부분 중심으로부터, 수축공이 생겨, 회수율이
좋지 못한 단점이 있고, 결정 입도, 탈산제에 따라 세부적으로 더 분류됩니다.
