C86700 합금은 연입 (납을 합금한) 고강도 황동으로,
주로 Sand Casting (사형 주조) 방법으로 제조한, 쾌삭 황동입니다.

C86700 동합금은 사형 주조 외 원심 주조로 제조할 수 있으며 valves stem,
fasteners, bearing 으로 사용되는, 비중 8.32 g/㎤, 전기전도도 32% IACS 입니다.

C86700 은 ASTM B584, ASTM B763 — Sand Casting,
ASTM B271 — 원심 주조, ASTM B30 — Ingot 규정 재질입니다.

※ Ingot (鋼塊 : 강괴)
Products obtained by pouring liquid steel into ingot mould
or semi-finished products produced by continuous casting
Generally formed into semi-products or products after the
subsequent hot-forming process or forging process.
Includes steel ingot remelt by vacuum arc or
electrogas slag process and cast.

전로, 전기로 등의 제강로에서 정련한 강을 주형에 주입하여
응고 시킨 것으로서, 압연, 단조, 압출 등의 각 공정에 공급되는 소재.
연속 주조로 제조 되어, 분괴 공정을 생략하고 다음 공정에 공급되는 것은
연주 강편, 또는 주편이라고 하지만, 이것도 강괴에 포함 시킨다.

※ Free cutting steels (Resulfurized : 쾌삭강, 快削鋼) — JIS
Steels to which free cutting properties is improved by
individual or combined addition of phosphorus (P), sulfur (S),
lead (Pb), selenium (Se), tellurium (Te), calcium (Ca), etc.

인, 황, 납, 셀레늄, 텔루륨, 칼슘 등을 단독 또는 복합으로
첨가하여, 피삭성을 높인 강.

※ Centrifugal steel castings (원심력 주강품 : 遠心鑄鋼品)

For the rotating shaft, vertical and horizontal type, and
for mold, there metal mold and sand mold.

원심력 주조법으로 제조 된 주강품.
회전의 축 방향에 따라서 직립형과 수평형이 있으며
주형으로는 금형과 사형 (沙型)이 있습니다.
