S355J2 재질은 유럽 EN 10025-2 규정의 재질 기호입니다.

비교 할 수 있으며, HEB280 의 무게는 1m 당 106.0 kg 입니다.

KS 와 JIS Asia Size 형강과, 미국의 ASTM H 형강과도
딱 맞는, 비교 가능한 Size 가 없는, 유럽 규격의 형강 Size 입니다.

HEB280 size, S355J2 재질의 형강은 Fully Killed Steel 로 제조 되고
영하 -20 ℃ 에서, 27 Joule 최소 값이 요구되는 재질입니다.

HEB 280 size, S355J2 강재는 탄소강 강재로, 내식성이 담보 되지 않으며,
경우에 따라 Normalizing (소준 : 燒準 : 불림) 열처리 하는 경우가 있습니다.

※ Normalizing (불림 :燒準)
Heat treatment consisting of austenitizing followed by air cooling.
The purposes of this operation are to eliminate the influence of pre-working,
to render the crystal grains finder and to improve their mechanical properties.

오스테나이트화 후 공기 중에서 냉각하는 열처리로
노말라이징 열처리의 목적은 강재 생산 앞 공정에서 받은 응력 (Stress)을 풀어주고
결정립을 미세화, 표준화 시켜, 기계적 성질을 향상 시키는 열처리를 말합니다.

※ Carbon Steel (炭素鋼 : 탄소강)
Steel made by alloy iron and carbon of which carbon content
is generally within a range from 0.02% to 2%.
Further, a small amount of silicon, manganese, phosphorus,
sulfur, etc. are usually contained.
For convenience, carbon steel may be sometimes classified as
according to the carbon content or hardness (including strength).
Classification by carbon content : Low carbon steels,
medium carbon steels and high carbon steels.
Classification by hardness : Extra mild steel, mild steel and hard steel.

철과 탄소의 합금으로 탄소 함유량이 보통 0.02~약 2% 범위의 강
또한 소량의 규소, 망간, 인, 유황 등을 함유하는 것이 보통입니다.
편의상, 탄소 함유량 또는 경도(강도도 포함)에 따라서 탄소강은
다시 다음과 같이 분류됩니다.
탄소 함유량에 따라 분류하는 경우 : 저탄소강, 중탄소강, 고탄소강
경도에 따른 분류 : 극연강, 연강, 경강.
