AL2219-O Sheet 재질 알루미늄 합금은 초음속 항공기의 구조체,
연료 탱크, 산화제를 담는 항공기 부스터, 극저온 -270~300℃ 수준에서

사용하는 용접용 구조체로 사용하는 Al-Cu系 열처리 합금입니다.
ASTM B209 AL2219-O 재질의 합금 원소인 Copper (Cu)와

Base Metal 인 Aluminum (Al) 원소에 의한 Al2Cu 석출물이
형성 되어, 우수한 강도와 인성, 기계적 성질을 가지는 합금입니다.

AL2219-O Sheet 합금은 QQ-A-250/30, MIL-A-8920, KS D 6701 A2219P,
JIS H 4000 Alloy 2219 와 대응되고, Alclad 2219 재질 종류도 있습니다.

※ Temper
The term “temper” means the division of mechanical properties
individually formed by various processing and heat treatment
conditions in the manufacturing process.
금속 또는 합금에 요구되는 특정한 물리적 성질 또는 기계적 성질을
부여하는 공정(예를 들면 기계적 처리 및 열처리) 후의 상태를 말합니다.

※ Temper O
Annealed, Recrystallized — Applies to the softest temper of wrought products.
어닐링 (풀림 열처리)한 것으로 전신재에 대해 가장 부드러운 상태를 얻은 상태입니다.

※ Precipitation (석출 : 析出)
A phenomenon in which a crystal of a different phase is
separated from a solid solution and grows.

고용체로부터 분리된 다른 상의 결정체가 나타나는 현상으로
합금 금속에서 나타나는, 탄소와 크롬이 결합된 Cr23C6, Mg2Si,
MgZn2, 와 같이 표기되는 금속간 물질을 말합니다.

이와 같은 현상은 스텐레스, 알루미늄 합금, 동 합금 등에서
나타날 수 있으며, 합금에 의해 또는 합금 재료의 열처리에 의해
이런 현상이 나타나면 금속의 강도와 경도가 높아집니다.
