AMS 5732 규정 재료는 Iron Base 내식, 내열강으로, 1800℉ (982℃)에서
Solution 처리와 석출 경화 열처리 된, 소모 전극 용해 방법으로 생산하는

환봉, 와이어, 단조재, 링, 튜빙 제품 형상의 비자성 성질 합금 재료입니다.
주로 볼트용 재료로 사용되며, 고온 내산화성, 고온 강도 특징입니다.

AMS 5732 재료는 제트엔진, 파스너, 오일과 가스 산업용으로 쓰이며,
ASTM A453 Gr.660 Cl.B, GE B50T1181, GE B50T12, GE B50T81 와 대응됩니다.

AMS 5732 합금은 UNS S66286 번호의 뒷자리를 따서

ATI A286™ — Allegheny Technologies, 제조사별 이름이 있고,

AMS 5732 — A453 Gr.660 Cl.B — 1800℉ Solution Treatment
AMS 5737 — A453 Gr.660 Cl.A — 1650℉ Solution Treatment 으로 구분합니다.

※ Solution treatment (용체화 처리 : 溶體化處理, 고용화 처리 : 固溶化處理)
Heat treatment intended for dissolve previously precipitated
constituents and retain them in solution.

이전에 이미 석출 된 성분들을 재 용해 되어 완전히 분해되
조직 내에 고용되어 다시 석출 되지 않게 하는 열처리를 말합니다.

※ Aging treatment (시효처리 : Precipitation Hardening : 석출 경화)
Heat treatment applied to a ferrous product after solution treatment
bring its properties to the required level.
Note : It consists of heating to and socking at one or more
specified temperature, followed by appropriate cooling.

철강재가 필요한 성질을 가지도록 용체화 처리한 뒤에 적용하는 열처리.
이 처리는 가열한 뒤 정해진 하나 또는 두 온도에서 일정 시간 유지하는
균열화 처리 후 적절하게 냉각하는 공정으로 이루어집니다.
