CW601N 재질은 유럽 규격의 납 2% 수준 합금 된 쾌삭 황동입니다.
유럽 규격으로 납이 합금된 Cu-Zn-Pb Alloy 24 종류 중 1가지입니다.

CW601N 은 납이 합금 되어 좋은 기계 가공성이 특징이고,납이 금속 조직 내
고용되지 않고 유리 되어 (따로 놀고) 있어, 잘 잘리는 절삭성입니다.

CW601N 재질은 너트, 스크류, 리벳, 밸브 스템, 피니언, 베어링 케이지, 피팅류로
쓰이고 영국 규격 CZ131, CZ119, ASTM C34200, C34500 재질과 비교됩니다.

같은 납황동 계열 CW614N 의 기계 가공성을 100 으로 봤을 때
CW601N 재질은 65 수준이고, 절단 취급시 납의 독성에 유의해야 합니다.

※ Free cutting steels (Resulfurized : 쾌삭강, 快削鋼)

lead (Pb), selenium (Se), tellurium (Te), calcium (Ca), etc.

인, 황, 납, 셀레늄, 텔루륨, 칼슘 등을 단독 또는 복합으로
첨가하여, 피삭성 (被削性)을 높인 강.
