SB450NSR 은 JIS G 3103 규정에 있는
보일러 압력 용기용 강재 규격 Symbol 중 하나 입니다.
6 mmt~200 mmt 까지의 후판 두께 규정이 있는 강재로
SB450NSR 에서의 숫자 “450”은 최소 인장강도 값입니다.
SB450NSR 재질의 인장강도는 450~590 MPa입니다.
SB450NSR Steel Symbol에서 “N”은 Normalizing 열처리를 의미하고
SB450NSR 에서 “SR”은 Normalizing 열처리 된 강판을
다시 시험편에 용접 후 열처리에 상당 하는 열처리를 할 경우의 약호 입니다.
“N” : When steel plate are subject to normalized
“NSR” : When the test piece is subject to heat treatment
corresponding to post-weld heat treated
※ PWHT (Post Weld Heat Treatment)
용접시 용접 열에 의한 원소재의 물성과 충격 값 저하를 유발하므로
용접 열에 의해 약해진 부위에 대한 잔류 응력의 제거, 응력 집중을
완화 시키고, 용접 후에 모재 조직의 안정화 조치 열처리를 말합니다.
