Alloy 314,  1.4841,  X15CrNiSi25-21 재질은
DIN-EN 10095, Heat resisting steels and nickel alloys

규정 안에 있는 내열강과 내열 합금 중 1가지 Grade입니다.
DIN-EN 10095 는, 오랜 시간 응력 (stress)을 받고,

내연기관, 가솔린 기관의 흡기 배기 계통의 고온 가스,
용융 금속과 같은 고열이 발생하는 환경,

550℃가 넘는 곳에도 내식성과 기계적 성질을 발휘하는
제품군만 있는 규정입니다.

Alloy 314,  1.4841, X15CrNiSi25-21 의 경우는
900~1100℃ 수준까지도 이용 가능합니다.

Alloy 314,  1.4841, X15CrNiSi25-21 재질은
AISI 314,  Alloy 314, UNS No. S31400, JIS SUH310

ASTM Type 314 와 서로
대응 가능한 규격입니다.

※ Creep resistance
a property of resistance against a phenomenon in which
strain in the lapse of time under a fixed stress at a high
temperature called high temperature creep.
고온의 일정한 압력을 받는 환경에서 물질의 변형이
시간이 경과함에 따라 증가하는 현상을 고온 크립이라고 하고
이에 견디는 성질을 말합니다.

※ Creep strength
Stress to cause specified strain in specified loading period of
time at constant temperature.
For example, the stress causing strain 1%, 0.1%, 0.01% in 1000h.
일정 온도하에서, 규정된 부하 시간에 규정된 변형이 생기는 응력.
예를 들면 1000 시간에 1%, 0.1% 또는 0.01%의 변형이
생기는 응력이 사용됩니다.
