A214 는 열 교환기에 사용하는
전기 저항 용접 탄소강 Tube 규정입니다.

A214 는, ERW Tube, A179 는 냉간 인발 SMLS Tube로
생산 방법에서 차이가 있지만, 규정된 화학 원소량은 동일합니다

A214 는, 용접 강관이므로, 냉간 인발 과정에서
가공 경화가 된, A179 보다는 허용 응력에서 아래입니다.

A214 는, 저탄소 강재로, 탄소강처럼 부식이 있으며
부식이 염려될 때는 다른 재질을 선택해야 합니다.

A214 는 용접으로 생산된 후, 900℃ 이상의 열처리가 필요하고
냉간 인발 공정으로 생산 진행되면 650℃ 이상에서 열처리 되야 합니다.

Steel tubes which are, after forming steel strips, steel plates
or steel sheets to tubular shape, manufactured by welding the
joint parts by electric resistance welded method and having one
welding line parallel to the longitudinal direction.
Those hot reducing rolled of electric resistance welded are called
hot finished electric resistance welded steel tubes, and those cold
drawn or cold rolled are called cold finished electric resistance
welded steel tubes.

강대 또는 강판을 원통형으로 성형한 다음, 전기 저항 용접법으로
이음매 부분을 용접하여 제조되며, 관의 길이 방향으로 평행한
1줄의 용접선을 가지고 있는 강관.

전기저항 용접 강관을 열간 조리개 압연한 것을 열간 마무리
전기저항 용접강관, 냉간 인발한것을 냉간마무리
전기 저항 용접강관이라고 합니다.
