SHP355W 는 H-Beam 말뚝 Steel Symbol로
KS F4603 규정의 탄소강재 입니다.

KS 개정 전의 규격은 SHP490W 입니다.
주로 토목용으로 사용되는 H-Beam으로

토류벽, 벽체의 보강재, 구조물의 기초 용도로 사용됩니다.
내식성 향상 원소인 Copper 를 합금 했습니다.

SHP355W와 같이, 토목용으로 사용되는 sheet pile, SY300, SY400,
SY300W, SY400W 재질에도 비슷한 량의 Copper 가 합금 됩니다.

SHP355W 는, 이전 KS 규격의 SHP490W 와는 다르게
CVN Test, 0℃ 규정이 추가 됐습니다.

개정된 H형강 말뚝 재질의 종류는
SHP275, SHP275W, SHP355W, SHP450W, 4종류입니다.

H형강 말뚝의 Steel Symbol에 나타나는 숫자는
인장강도 (tensile strength)를 의미합니다.

※ Charpy V-Notch Impact Test (CVN)
Test to measure the absorbed energy, impact value, percentage
of brittle/ductile fracture, transition temperature, etc. with using
charpy impact testing machine in which test piece is supported by
two supports distant by 40 mm so that the notch meets the middle
between supports and is broken by striking with one blow of
pendulum to the face opposite the notch.

샤르피 충격 시험기를 사용하여 시험편을 40 mm 간격이 있는 두 개의
지지대에 올려 놓고, 또는 노치부를 지지대 사이의 중앙에 놓고
노치부의 뒷면을 해머로 1회만 충격을 주어, 시험편을 파단 시키고
흡수 에너지, 충격치, 파면율, 천이 온도 등을 측정하는 시험.
