STF410 은, 가열로용 강관 규격입니다.
KS D3587 규정의 재질입니다.

STF410, KS D3587 은
석유 정제 공업, 화학 공업 등의, 가열로에서

유체 가열용으로 사용되는 탄소강 규격입니다.
JIS G3467 STF410, ASTM A210 Gr.A1 과 대응 가능합니다.

SMLS 무계목 강관으로 제조 되며
열간 강관 (hot finished)과 냉간 강관 (cold finished)이 있습니다.

제조한 그대로 (as manufactured)로 사용하지만
경우에 따라 저온 어닐링 또는 normalizing 열처리 합니다.

Killed steel 로 제조합니다
STF410 재질이 있는  가열로용 강관 규정에는

STF410 만, 탄소강 SMLS 강관이고, 다른 재질은
STFA — Alloy Steel 과 스테인레스 강관 재질입니다.

※ SMLS (Seamless : 無繼目鋼管 : 무계목강관)
Steel tubes without a seam, manufactured by hot-rolling, extrusion
or punching from ingot or semi-product, or machining after piercing.
Cold drawn or cold rolled seamless steel tube is called finished
seamless steel tubes.

강괴 또는 강편으로부터 열간압연, 압출, 밀어 빼기 (압출)로
제조 되든가 또는 천공한 다음 기계 마무리로서 제조 된
이음매가 없는 강관. 다만, 이음매 없는 강관을 원소재로,  냉간
인발 한 것을, 냉간 마무리 이음매 없는 강관이라고 합니다.

Heat treatment consisting of heating and soaking at a suitable
temperature followed  by cooling under conditions  such that,
after return to ambient temperature, the metal will be in
a structural state closer to that of equilibrium.

Annealing is a heat treatment process to transform the steel
structure in to a more homogeneous, soft or more suitable state

Note : Since this definition is very general, it is advisable to use an
expression specifying the aim of the treatment (see bright annealing,
full annealing, soft annealing, inter-critical annealing, isothermal
annealing and subcritical annealing)

금속 재료를 적당한 온도로 가열하고, 그 온도에서 유지하는 균질화 처리를
한 뒤, 냉각함으로써 냉각 후 상온에서의 조직이 평형 상태에
가깝도록 하는 열처리를 말합니다.

이 용어는 아주 광범위하게 사용되므로 처리하는 목적을 덧붙여
사용하는 것이 바람직하다. 예를 들어 광휘 어닐링, 완전 어닐링,
연화 어닐링, 중간 어닐링, 등온 어닐링, 변태점 이하 어닐링)
