Fully Killed (진정강) Carbon steel (탄소강)로 제조 되며
150~400℃ 까지 온도 구역별
항복강도 규정이 있는 강재입니다.
BS1501-161-430A, 430B 나타나듯
숫자 430은, 최소 인장강도 (minimum tensile strength : MPa)를 의미하며
Type A : Denoted specified min.room temperature tensile properties
Type B : As per Type A but with elevated temperature properties 를 의미합니다.
2016.7월 이전 Brexit 이전에는 영국도 EU 소속이기에
EN 10028 압력용기용 규격을 사용해야 했지만
브렉시트 (Brexit) 이후, EU를 탈퇴하게 되면서
철강 규격도 독자적인 BS 체제를 사용하게 되면,
압력용기 철강 규격인 BS (영국 규격) 1501
161-360A and 360B, 430A and 430B.
223-490A/490B, 224 460A/B, 225-490A/B
원래의 영국 규격이 사용 될 것으로 보입니다.

Steel products manufactured pressure vessels and high pressure
equipment which require strength, weldability and principally
toughness at a ordinary temperature.
They are generally used for the principal portions of
pressure vessels.
※ Killed Steel
Steel sufficiently deoxidized with ferrosilicon, aluminium, and so on.
In the case of ingot casting, during the progress of solidification in a ingot mold,
it is gently solidified without generation of carbon monoxide,
being comparatively uniform, with little segregation and has no blow hole.
however, because of a shrinkage cavity is formed in the centre of upper part,
its yield is low, In the case of continuous casting, it is killed steel and,
comparing with an ingot casting, uniformity and yield better.
killed steel is further classified according to grain size or deoxidizer.
※ Carbon Steel — JIS
Steel made by alloy iron and carbon of which carbon content
is generally within a range from 0.02% to 2%.
Further, a small amount of silicon, manganese, phosphorus,
sulfur, etc. are usually contained.
For convenience, carbon steel may be sometimes classified as
according to the carbon content or hardness (including strength).
Classification by carbon content : Low carbon steels,
medium carbon steels and high carbon steels.
Classification by hardness : Extra mild steel,
mild steel and hard steel.
※ Carbon Steel – AISI
Generally speaking carbon steels contain up to 2% total alloying
elements, and can be subdivided into as following categories
Low-carbon steels, which contain up to 0.30% C
Medium-carbon steels, which contain 0.30% to 0.60% C
High-carbon steels, which contain 0.60% to 1.00% C.
