SCM430TK 강재는 Tube 제품으로, Chromium 과 Molybdenum
저합금강재로 SCM430TK-SC 인 경우는 SMLS Cold Finish 상태입니다.

SCM430TK-SC 는, 냉간 마무리된 무계목 강관으로 Annealed
열처리 상태에서 항복강도 100 ksi (690 MPa) 수준의 고강도입니다

SCM430TK 재질에 대해 KS D 3574, JIS G 3441 규정에는
기계적 성질 없이 화학 원소만 있는 재질이지만, 비교 가능한

SAE 4130 재질의 항복강도가 100 ksi minimum 의 고강도 강재입니다.
이 재질은 항공기용 부품, 기어, 자동차 부품으로 쓰이는 Chromoly 합금강입니다.

※ Cold Finish (냉간 마무리)
The term “Cold Finish” is an umbrella definition for any metal
that has had some sort of surface treatment.
EX) Cold drawn is cold finish surface.
Centerless Ground, Smooth Turned, and Rough Turned — These are all “Cold Finish”

※ Chromium (Cr) – gives stainless steel its stainless quality. Increases response to
heat treatments and depth of hardness. In combination with nickel, greatly
increases corrosion and oxidation resistance. Also increases toughness,
tensile strength, and resistance to wear.

크롬은 스텐레스를 스텐레스답게 만드는 원소로, 크롬 함량을 높이면 열처리성과
경도의 깊이를 깊게 하고, 니켈과 함께 할 경우, 내식성과 내산화성을 향상 시킵니다.
또한 인성, 인장강도, 내마모성을 높이는 원소입니다.
