ASTM Grade 100 UHSS 재질은 성형성 증강 고항복강도 재질로
용접성, 절단성, 성형성이 좋은 Ultra-High Strength Steel (초고강도강) 입니다.

저합금이지만, 컬럼븀 (니오븀), 바나듐, 티타늄 몰리브덴 원소는 강재의
조직을 미세화 시켜 강도를 높이는 원소 합금과 내후성 (atmospheric corrosion

resistant) 원소인 구리를 합금 돼, 내식성에서는 일반 탄소강과
차이가 없지만, 구리 원소에 의한 내후성은 어느 정도 있습니다.

ASTM A588 Gr.A – 구리 0.25~0.40%, , A8710-65 — 구리 0.30~0.50%
ASTM A606 – 약 0.30% 수준, Corten 490 — 구리 0.30~0.40%,

SMA490CW — 구리 0.30~0.50% 합금된 내후성강재와 비교하면 내후성이 가늠 되지만
ASTM Grade 100 UHSS 재질은 무엇보다 강도와 성형성을 보고 사용합니다.

고항복강도 재질인 A1018 Grade 100 재질은 항복강도 최소 100 ksi (690 MPa) 강재로
Strenx®100 XF, A1011 Grade 100 강종과 화학 원소, 기계적 성질이 비교 가능합니다.

※ Mechanical properties (기계적 성질 : 機械的性質)
Various properties relating to mechanical deformation and
breaking such as tensile strength, yield point or proof strength,
elongation, reduction of area, hardness, impact value,
fatigue strength, creep strength, etc.

인장강도, 항복점, 연신율, 단면 수축율, 경도, 충격치, 피로 강도,
크리프 강도 등 기계적인 변형 및 파괴에 관계되는 성질을 말합니다.

※ Atmospheric corrosion resistance (내후성 : 耐候性)
A property of low alloy steels or the like for corrosion resistance
in the atmospheric of natural environment.
Including the resistance for deterioration of resin for coated
steel plate and polyvinyl chloride-coated steel plate.

저 합금강 등이 자연 환경의 대기 속에서 부식에 견디는 성질을 말합니다.
