Fatigue-Proof® 재질은 내피로 강재 특징입니다.
항복강도 140 ksi / 966 MPa 수준이며, 쾌삭강입니다.

열처리와 기계 가공 과정으로 생산되므로, 추가적인 열처리가 필요 없습니다.
Fatigue-Proof® 강재는 높은 황 함량으로 쾌삭 성질입니다.

황은 일반적인 강재와 합금강에서 열간 취성과 냉간 취성을 유발하고
강(steel)의 청정성을 해치는 요소이지만, 쾌삭 성질을 주는 원소이기도 합니다.

Fatigue-Proof® 강재 특징은 높은 기계적 성질과 내피로, 내마모성,
뒤틀림 변형의 최소화와 2차적 가공을 최소화한 재질입니다.

Fatigue-Proof® 는 trademark of the Lasalle Steel Corporation 이고
AISI 1144 재질에 대응되며, 냉간 마무리 (cold finished) 환봉, 육각 제품입니다.

반복되는 응력으로 발생하는 파괴에 대해 견디는 성질

※ Fatigue test (피로 시험 : 疲勞試驗)
Test of determine fatigue life, fatigue limit, etc., by applying repeated
stresses or varying stresses to a test piece.
It is classified into torsion fatigue test, axial force fatigue test, rotating
bending fatigue test, plane bending fatigue test, etc., according to the
type of stresses applied.

시험편에 반복 응력 또는 변동 응력을 가하여, 피로 수명이나 피로 한도를
측정하는 시험으로, 응력의 종류에 따라, 비틀림, 축 하중, 회전 굽힘,
평면 굽힘 등의 시험이 있습니다.
